It is a water-based and quick-drying adhesive that can be used on all kinds of surfaces such as paper, fabric and especially rice paper decoupage. It is applied as a thin layer to the back of the cut pattern and adhered. After 10-20 minutes, when it dries, the process is applied again on the pattern.  It is cleaned with water and soap. It does not contain substances harmful to health. It complies with CE & EN 71 norms.
